Plug into a regular outlet. Beginners start low and slow (15 minutes at low setting on the Coconut and Pad Controllers). Lay with body inside, head out. Use the time to relax, de-stress, breathe, meditate, listen to music/podcast/guided meditation or read. Infrared wavelengths are absorbed by water cells and mitochondria stimulating healthy biochemical processes and energy, and increase circulation and detoxify your body. Work up to a 30-40 minute session, 3 days a week or more. Listen to your body and adjust time and heat levels accordingly. Hydrate with 8-16 ounces of water before and after session. Can be folded up easily to store in a corner or closet.
